Establishment Of Science Laboratories In Rural Schools

As part of our mission to help improve infrastruture in schools, we’ve embarked on a program to identify gaps that exist in schools in rural areas.

As our first project, we have completed the work of construction and improvement of Science Labs for students enrolled in Sanskrit Inter-College, Atmadpur (A high-school in a small village in Meerut District, UP) with a total cost of Rs. 2,45,000/-.. The school currently have about 750 students enrolled in the school with almost 100 students pursuing various courses in Biological Sciences. The students enrolled come from financially challenged backgrounds where families find it hard to consider education to be a priority. Hence, we feel this small gesture will take a long way in promoting interest in current and future students.

We have built all the necessary infrastructure required for the lab and the school authorities to continue thereafter. We have completed 02 projects of physics and chemistry labs in the above mentioned schools.

Chemistry Lab Completed And Inaugurated On 28th December, 2020

As part of our mission to help improve infrastructure in schools, we are extremely happy to share our first milestone – completion of Chemistry lab at Sanskrit Inter College, Meerut.

This marks completion of the first project undertaken by Dr. Garima Singh Foundation to promote education among the underprivileged children. We are both happy and proud to announce its inauguration on Garima’s birthday (December 28th) by District Inspector Of Schools, Meerut.

This would not be possible without the support from many of you who contributed to both the cause and the foundation. So, we would like to take a moment to thank you and show our gratitude to everyone who helped make this a reality.

We are excited for our first big step towards the long term vision of the foundation and look forward to a lot more in the coming months.

Physics Lab Completed And Inaugurated On 18th February, 2021

In continuation of our efforts to upgrade and improve science labs in schools, we have completed our another project of physics lab at Shri Sanskrit Inter college, Eitmadpur, Meerut with a total cost of Rs. 85,000/-.
